That I require an Advocates’ Vehicle Parking Sticker issued by the District Bar Association, Hisar for the aforesaid vehicle.
That I shall be fully responsible for the said vehicle in respect of the Advocates’ Vehicle Sticker, and I shall abide by all the rules and regulations issued by the Hisar Bar Association regarding the Advocates’ Vehicle Sticker.
That the ownership/transfer documents of the above-mentioned vehicle are attached herewith this affidavit.
